Referral Program Disclaimer

Referral bonuses are provided under the following terms and conditions. A referring resident will receive a $250 referral incentive only when the referred applicant successfully applies, is fully approved, moves into the property, signs a lease agreement, and has paid all required move-in charges in full.To qualify for the referral incentive, the referred applicant must either (i) apply using the unique referral link provided to the referring resident, or (ii) explicitly mention the referring tenants name to the leasing team at the time of application. Failure to identify the referring resident at the time of application may result in disqualification from the referral program.Referral incentives are subject to the referring resident being in good standing at the time of payout, including but not limited to having no outstanding balances, violations, or lease defaults.Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, its terms, or incentive amounts at any time, with or without prior notice. All determinations regarding eligibility and payout are made at the sole discretion of management and are final.
